PTE Turbo Upgrade Question

Ok, well im in the process of putting together a new engine for my Ty, seeing as the stock engine puked(broken crank) and the stock turbo has 163K miles and while it still is working good it has some shaft play and is needing to be rebuilt, but id like to upgrade to something bigger for somemore power.

Anyways i found this PTE 60-1 on ebay seems like a decent deal so far, polished comp, 4in inlet anyways, can i just swap out the turbine housing for a SyTy specific exhaust housing and then all ill need is the PTE or RPM DP kit?

Or is there anyway that this turbo will bolt to the stock manifolds, and then i can just modify the stock DP to bolt to this turbo and use it that way??? That would be ideal for me at this point in time.

The T3 turbine housing will bolt right to the Sy exhaust manifold.
The compressor housing might hit your A/C bracket.
You would need a flange made/bought to bolt your stock down pipe to that turbo.
Pesronally I would look for a turbine housing w/a v-band type built in it.
Master power, in Brazil sells those size turbos for approx 500 brand new?, could be less?
Our dollar here goes a lot further in Brazil.
