I had the same type of water problem on the driver side, but got that fixed. It was the hole where the asphalt type patch had come off. But on the passenger side, there is a flapper type door that has foam on it. You can run a hose over the outside of the fender and water will trickle in. What do you do to fix the flapper door to keep it from leaking? BTW, this is outside water, not the heater core, and it only leaks when when you hit a puddle of water and when you rinse the truck off. All help appreciated!
