I know all the abuse they normally take, but I must say they did well this time. I blew up a converter from them after like 3 months in the truck. So, I called and spoke with Jim and he said to send it back and he would take a look at it. Well I called them Today and to my surprise, I have a $349.00 with them now. Nothing is ever perfect with any Company and I applaud them for making things right. I will continue to order from them as needed.

I bought my KB Jimmy2 Turbo a couple years ago and it got screwed up shortly after the install. I sent it back and Jim told me it was something they did wrong and accepted full responsibility for it. They fixed it up and sent it back (2nd day air I believe?) . Kenne Bell ain't all bad! :smile:
