Are you able to position the fuel injector bungs in a way to make use of the stock fuel rail ?

Looks great. which way r you mounting the throttle body? front towards the rad. or towards the passenger side?

Towards the drivers side so the front mount intercooler can exit on that side and have very little bends up and into the throttle body. I will have plenty of pics once I get the piping hooked up

Valve covers showed up this morning. Still waiting on bungs to be welded into manifold then I will hide all the wiring once I get the throttle body and injectors inplace. I love all the extra room. Its nice to be able to change your spark plugs from the top without having to remove anything. :p

I would take that lower intake and machine out the divider in the middle of the valley there, thats what my engine builder did and recommends.

I happen to have his injectors in my hands right now, as well as the bungs for that intake.

I suspect when it is on the mill, that divider will disapear also.

I would love to see some pics. You can email them if you don't want to post them. I am actually doing the same thing you are talking about. 90* towards drivers side for better FMIC pipe routing. Cam will be in Tuesday and Wednesday motor is going back in. Thanks
Ohh yaeh, Did you do a lot of other mods when you did the intake swap? I have been told that the intake swap alone makes a nice improvement by itself. Can you confirm this?

Heres a pic of mysetup. Wiring still need a little work. As of most trucks its still a work in progress.

I am waiting on the high temp coating from Eastwood actually. They will look good once I am finished with them. Thanks

As for the alt tensioner. It will not fit on the back side. I wish it would. Its not in the way there actually. I drove it like that all summer when it ran :) .

The tensioner rod is from a adjustabile power steering bracket from summit. I know summit also sells the rod ends cheap in right hand and left hand thread if you want to make your own. The 3/8's are like $4.88 a piece with jam nut.
Summit Rod Ends

You could try it like this. This is how I sell my kit. Its better I would think to do it straight if you can. You could put unwanted tension on your ALT bracket, its weakend as it is by cutting it up. I use a piece of all thread for the Water Pump bolt and a 2" nut that I take about 3/4" off of with a grinder. I also drill out the ALT hole to fit hte 3/8" bolt. Sorry man, just my thoughts, looks awsome though for sure.

I am in about 14-15k right now including the truck with all mods. Not to bad. Ohh, :) Are you talking about the intake swap? If so I would say right at $800-$900 (Intake, Throttle body, Injectors, AFPR, and material for the rails and 90* elbow) not counting labor and favors from friends.

Just put in my last order for small parts tonight. Should be able to start it up this coming weekend if all goes well :D

I can hardly wait.......
