Problems with Rockford Racecraft

Re: Problems with Rockford Racecraft

in the end, administration are just board members themselves. We've talked about just making random screennames like "Admin 1" "Admin 2" etc...so that it's all anonymous and then realized whats the point. We don't have to hide behind what is being done to keep the board running/clean.

the admins and mods are allowed to have and voice opinions just like everyone else. Finding the appropriate place to draw the line is tough sometimes...but volunteerism allows us to make are own perceptions of what to do.

I agree......at the end of the day, everyone has the ability to make choices. That being the right to take sides, not listening to someone or their opinion, or something as simple as leaving the forum.

George Blake is gone now.. ATR is long gone... There is not alot of folks standing up to make parts for our trucks and a smaller number of us who know what to do to them.
It's not easy being a buisness owner.
I don't know either person or buisness in this instance but hope you two can come to a sutable resolve for the problem you've both gotten into.

I agree with this also. I dont think anyone wants to loose vendors or anyone offering services for our trucks, but on the flip side of things, people don't want shady vendors who are screwing members over because they think "where else are they going to go and get parts/work done"........its a fine line and a double edge sword.

i hate to see people fight that have a common interest in these trucks! why dont you drive back to the shop and just talk it out and work on an agreement, like men. i understand that a lot of $ at hand, but give it a second chance.life is too short!

Re: Problems with Rockford Racecraft

Thats your right of course, but for each of the small handful of unhappy people you read on here, I can give you at least 10 perfectly happy ones. some of which now are dear friends and trailer their trucks to me yearly for just service.

So be fair, at least give me a chance if you are considering getting work done.

I did give you a chance and you failed. Looks like the small handful of us will stand together. My entire story will follow soon with posted emails from you. I really think that I can show the Sy Ty community how it is you work, so that they will be able to make a better decision on who they choose.

Re: Problems with Rockford Racecraft

You posted the progress of the truck in this thread. Not once did you voice any concern until now, many months after the fact and after you don't your CD.

http://www.syty.net/forums/showthread.php?t=63391&page=3

.

Try the first page of the thread, and the first post. I politely expressed my "concern"
http://www.syty.net/forums/showthread.php?t=63391

Notice the date on that thread aswell,

Now look at the date on this thread

http://www.syty.net/forums/showthread.php?t=49286

Now remember the 3 month quote to deliver the truck

Got an idea of where I'm coming from now?
