Re: Pro Stock Syclone

It has not made a pass yet, but should see the track sometime soon (least that is what I was told)

How about all these other trucks as well? Anyone got an update on them?

Ryan from chicago?
Mike from RPM?
Badnewz??
Twin Turbo V8??

Lots of fast trucks now, at least lots of trucks with fast potential, and it seems like most of them haven't seen the track or haven't posted any times, come on guys we want to know!

I am still sitting at 11.45 @ 121and that was before the GTQ72 and 512 cam...
(tranny and X-fer went with the extra HP)
now I have lost interest...
Got more important things going on..
It will run again and probably run a high 10 but anymore I couldn't care less....

I doubt I will ever sell it so for now it just sits.......

Hey Steve how the hell you been? Haven't heard from you in awhile. Truck is almost done, really only about 2 weeks away just haven't had much time as of late, can only accomplish so much working on it 4 hours a week.

I am out in Rockford once a week when I work on it, feel free to stop by anytime.

Before Jason goes down the track in the truck he is going to need to get his license. He also has to get some seat time in the truck before he attempts to balst it down the track.

It's not everyday that you sit behind the wheel of a pro-stock truck and attempt to drive it. I am certain there are only a few members on this board that could drive it and i'm not even sure if they could do it legally.

If he needs a syty driver, Jeremy will be glad to pilot it for him.

Have him bring it to the nats, Jeremy already has his NHRA license, fire suit, etc. LOL

OK, I know trucks are like women, you don't lend them out.............

But now that Robert is officially coming to nats what do you say we convince Jason to show also?

The only problem is that Jeremy would have to be about 5' 2" tall to fit in the truck

not that's funny

Mike Hardman is the one that came up with it.

His theory was all shows on TV need a midget. Look at monster garage, they have "body drop".

We joke that my place should be on TV, as it would provide more entertainment than most the shows out there. Ever see 4 guys take a engine lathe that weighs ~4k lbs through a car wash on back of trailer? O yea was around midnight.

Ever see 4 guys unload a lathe with 2 engine hoists that almost have enough strength to lift off the trailer? Almost being key here. By this time is 1am.

I have lite Dobrick on fire, o the list goes on.

Anyways back to Jeremy, since he is the shortest well he got nicknamed the midget.

He did finish 8th last year in the US for super stock though, 2 time division champ, and would gladly pilot the truck if that was the only holdup.

You mean Im not the only one who thinks a car wash is just a huge coin operated parts washer?

No I still havent run the Syclone at the strip. I have just been enjoying the truck. Driving it on the street and taking it to shows. I would like to know what it would run for sure, but I know it won't be this year.
