Price on parts

Hello all,
I am looking at buying a Ty. I know what I feel is a fair price for the truck but the turbo is bad and this guy has got a new PTE 52 turbo kit with down pipe to replace the lunched stock one. Any body got any idea how much this turbo is worth as it affects my offer to buy. I cant seem to find much info. Any help appreciated.

The Turbo and DP cost about 1300-1400$ new.

Well since the thread is already started, without a search what do you think of this turbo? I have always heard not so good things about PT turbos. Any input?

I know quite a few guys on here run them, never heard anything bad about them. But I've never had any experience with them.
