Off the top of my head, there is a plug by the brake pedal that runs to the seat. Doesn't completely answer your question though

What's not working Trey? I can look to see if I have one, but should be able to figure it out without. Or you could just change to 92 seats.

Nothing works at the moment. I wanted to see which fuse gives it power and then check on down the harness.

The seats are on the PWR circuit breaker. So are the power locks. If the locks work, power is available for the seats. Does the lumbar work on the passenger seat? If so, there is power in the harness.

There is a stand-alone harness for the seats. The B+ wire is orn/blk, and plugs into the fuse box taps with a RED connector. The ground goes up to the "Buss Bar Ground" which is on the pedal support bracket on the outboard side next to the brake pedal pivot. Clear connectors on the grounds.

The locks work, I'll need to check the lumbar on the pass seat. And then check the other places you mentioned.
