is it fixed?

yes it's not growling like hell. i still have a slight vibration but i think it's in the shitty falken tires. but i can live with it now. i know there is nothing eating it self up.


here is the rundown.

new pass side cv axle and new wheel bearing
the front diff rebuilt
new propshaft
R/R t-case to chec it out
new u joints and rear shaft balanced
new rear axle bearings.

i have personally balanced all of the tires 3 times using a standard balancer twice using the hub centering method and the third time i used the lug centering method.

I think it really needs to be road force balanced to be correct. This is my first time dealing with a 17X10.5 wide rim/tire combo.

no it's not too bad just time comsuming . there is a couple of tools that you need tho.

the pinoin bearing tool for measureing what size shim is need to be under the inner bearing. The other tool is for the castle nut that preloads the center section bearings.

Here's some picts of my new truck taken yesterday. This is Syclone #187. When I went to pick it up, the windows were down, and the battery was dead and out of the truck. so instead of messing with it when it was -10 degrees, I just taped some bags on it quick and brought it home.

LOL, yes, that trailer is a piece of shit. It's a friend of mine's, and it's free to use, so it'll work for now. A car trailer of my own is high on the "upcoming purchases" list. I'm planning on buying a new PJ's 18 footer before the Shelby nationals in June.

snow!! I am also used to driving in 6 feet of snow with A double wide snowmobile trailer on the back at 70mph back in ny then I moved here to nc and they crash when it rains,it looks like they just drive right off the road lol
