with the datalogger box on "Open" and cold start, high idle, 1400rpm. Tunerpro read actual AFR as 12.00~12.10.

is that too rich for the gauge to display? does the truck need to be warm for the gauge to display?

The guage will display down to 10, I think it is wired wrong or broke...before you even start the truck, it should say lean because there is no fuel in the system.

Re: Plx Wb

pretty much only thing i can do, is plug the TX into the RX, and visa versa.

i left the narrowband wire as a spare. or do you guys hook that up?

Re: Plx Wb

If you plug your stock O2 sensor back in just as factory it will show data also on tunerpro/datamaster under the o2 sensor voltage.

It sounds like you have something not hooked up right, selected, or a bad wb unit.

Re: Plx Wb

OK... newbie question. Datalogger switch to "Open" or "10k" ???

Ostrich 2.0 set to "24" or "32/28" ???

i'll check my plugs again when i get home from work today. i'll pull the WB sensor out, and turn the key on to see if the gauge reads "AIR"

Re: Plx Wb

whole system just went out.

i unplugged and traced all the wiring, the red wire has power, the blk is grounded.

The gauge is out completely, and TunerPro wont register anything,

any ideas?

Re: Plx Wb

Double check that ground again, I know when you first put in it we were in hurry to get it started, you might have to chip away some paint on the spot where the ground is to get better contact.

Re: Plx Wb

i'm changing the ground location now.

but isnt the power wires for the gauge? or is it for the whole system?

cause the gauge is out, but also, the ECM doesnt read anything from the module.

Re: Plx Wb

Do the other gauges light up? Check the power wire at the SM-AFR control box. I have my power wire going straight from the IGN/Gauges on the fuse box to the SM-AFR.

Re: Plx Wb

i got 12v power and a good ground, multimeter read good power source.

yea my red power wire is connected to the "IGN" tab

and tested the power connector at the module, and its 12v.

Redo your connections... if you bumped it and it worked, it'll go the other way just as easy.
Last thing you want to do is tune with a flaky wideband.
