I recently purchased a used code 59 setup and plx m-300. I am having trouble getting the plx m-300 to work. I will try to explain the best I can but basically if anyone has a wiring diagram of a M300 wideband harness I think it would fix my problems.
When I received the M300 and sensor the wideband harness had been cut only leaving both male and female plugs for the harness. I figure no big deal, and order a wideband harness type A sensor from PLX. I get the harness and the plug for PLX (not the sensor plug) is different. Stupid me cuts the new plug off of new harness and solders old plug to the new harness, with all except one pair of wires not matching (yellow wire new plug) (brown wire old plug). Ok guess these go here? Tried it.Doesn't work? With ignition on gauges start by showing around 14.54 and cycles between Never goes all the way lean or rich.14.30-14.68 sensor in open air.
I contacted plx explained my situation and he emailed me a diagram but honestly not sure what to make of it.

I concluded he meant wire the harness and sensor according to the number locations. I I rewired everything thinking I finally have it figured out but ended with the same results. Really not sure what to do from here? Feel like using it for target practice. I have searched and read and understand most people are not using this device anymore.
