Just picked up my ty with 108k on it and it really needs a tune up, has a little miss on idle and when your in the floor it has a little less than desired ignition. Im sure ill get flamed for asking this but i have searched and not really came up with an answer that best fits my situation. Engine is bone stock other than a cat back exhaust. I want to go ahead and do this right (not go to autozone and spend $50 on housebrand). What plugs, wires, cap, and rotor button would you guys recommend for me to put on this truck? I do not have any intentions of more fuel or any program, just want to put the best i can on there for my application.
Thanks in advance for any help you guys offer,
Hunter

As far as plugs go, I just bought some from hood..ngk-ur6, I like those since they run a little colder but a lot of folks use the ur5 as well.
My ty was bone stock wen rpm did their little engine refresh and used the ur6, the cooler the better. Atleast it has worked perfect for me and my ty had 103k miles when they were installed.

Didnt that ty belong to the father of a member here?
I think I remember the red ty logos on the doors and the black at the back.
