First time i really went out lookin for trouble with my buddy who just bought a Blk ty, and I happened to run in to a real cool guy i have known from the street racing scene named Jason. After screwin around for a while and talking about his 9sec WS6 we decided to run my ty agains his lightly modded 98-01 SS Camaro with the light mods, intake, exhaust, 4:10s, free mods ect.............
Race one- he jumpted the gun and we went for it any way, my front bumper was at his door and we let off.
Race two- i was about a car ahead but we didnt have a flagger and i have open exhaust so i dont think he herd my count.
Race three- my brakes and tranny were HOT by now, and i brought the boost up to about 8lbs and started creeping so we just went for it and he stayed about 2 cars behind and spun all through first.
then a buddy in a multi color DSM ran him but he had a bad clutch and got pulled on durring third. We stopped and talked after wards and he said that he thinks i am about a bumper ahead of him in a quarter mile, but i would say im atleast a car. Guess well just have to run again!

I'll make the drive if anybody has a data logger. I'd love to meet up with some of the CO sy/ty owners though. The LS1's have never given abe much of a problem around here only the LS6's!
