you just have to gently force the rubber into the groove. it you cant the gasket has probably grown due to oil saturation and you might need a new one....either that or your just a DA....

E, this is kinda of the topic but maybe I just missed it. What cam are you putting in? 412? Also, what other mods are you running (heads, headers,IC). I am usually on this board every night at work and was just curious what combo your running. I know you are thinking about getting rid of the 52 but you have some good times. I'm running a 52 with stock heads, cam so far but have yet to get it dialed in. Just curious.

yes, the stoopid gasket is too big.

yes, i love wallers humping deer

yes, im running a 52.
i was running mccoys 430 custom grind.
now im running mccoys 512 custom grind.
i have hogged out L35 heads with big undercut valves.

i also have a new turbo, but havnt installed it yet.
its a PT74 Q-trim with sy/ty housing and internal gate.

right now im just trying to get this thing tuned. the cam is too big for the program im running, and it stalls as soon as i put it in gear. my chipping stuff is in transit, so i should have something in a few weeks.
