Pix of Vortec heads and where the plugs go

Hello all, I can find info that the plugs to block oil and coolant flow when adding Vortecs to our motors. Does someone have a picture showing exactly where these need to go? I gave the builder this information (and parts), and have been chasing leaks ever since. SK Kustoms confirmed that mine looks to not have been plugged. It looks like I need to pull the lower intake to add the plugs. Any advice is appreciated.

It should just be the old intake manifold holes that are no longer used, I can try and take a pic later if I remeber
