It's my 25x40 climate controlled, which really helps out in the winter. I can fit 5 trucks in there with a nice work bench area left over.

GarageJournal.net is a great forum to check out too for the inspiration your looking for on your new garage, as the gallery page is packed full of super nice ones.

what is that floor?what is the cost on that?

These are just the 1/8" thick Armstrong vct tiles and a good coat of sealer. I have less than $500 in the floor. You could do it even cheaper. I just wanted quite a few spare tiles. The tiles are .69 a piece so a 20x20 garage is about $300-325 with the necessary glue and tax. I bought real good sealer and wax and applicator so it brought the price up a little. If you are good at finding deals I would think that you would be able to find the tiles for 50 cents but your color choice may be limited... I went with a special blue tile with light flecks and the white tile with blue flecks... Goes with the theme of the house...

ok guys

I have a question to ask. My shop floor has a broom finish to the concrete. I have been putting down used carpet under the car/truck to keep the floor from getting any more stains on it.

First off what can i clean the floor with to get it back clean like new finish?

second is there any type of paint and i could use on it even though it's not super smooth?

TIA

Por-15 started making a garage floor paint, not sure if it'll work on a brushed finish but i don't see why not.
