I guess most of you don't drive your trucks long distances. This does seem like a great budget fix for those that don't want to stay in the truck long.

I'd like to do something about the slosh problem but I don't want to shorten the legs on the Sy. I typically drive 300-325 miles between fuel stops.

Has anyone used a foam filled cell mounted in the stock location.?

That's not really THAT great. A lot of us are getting well over 20mpg. I personally get about 22 on the highway, but used to get about 16 before I started doing my own chips. Driving the truck normally (minimal WOT blasts), I'll consistently average over 400 miles per tank.

I usually stop 300 325 at stops. But thats not out of gas either. I usually get around 20mpg on the interstate. A little chipwork could possibly improve that. Keep in mind though that I typically drive 70-85mph getting that mileage. If I slowed to 55-60 it would be better I think.

The wideband shows I am running around 14.7-16.0 AFR in steady-state cruise.
