Re: Photoshop wheels

i can't, but  i actually need some of my wheels photoshopped as well. i'm sure it'll look great

Re: Photoshop wheels

I'm considering purchasing some black ZR1s w/ the polished lip and painting the lip red. It should look very similar to these XXR 962s. I did some quick stuff w/ MS Paint a while back. The red lip concept didn't look nearly as good as I hoped, but a more professional rendering may help. Thanks in advance for any photoshops!

Re: Photoshop wheels

yea these wheels should look jaw-dropping on a syclone. The gunmetal ones looks sick on greentyguys typhoon, but the color scheme with these will look awesome

Re: Photoshop wheels

Thanks for the compliments on the wheels! I do like the way they fit and i'm not running any spacer or adapter. I'll get a good side shot this weekend when i pull her out for the weekly wash. I'll try and get my old computer up this weekend and get you a quick photochop.

I would honestly say don't do the red lip, A friend of mine used to have the same wheels pictured above with red lip on his black 06 gto and it didn't look nearly as good as it sounds.

Re: Photoshop wheels

you can go with whatever width you want, but tire width becomes an issue which leads to traction issues, Especially with 18" rim and no sidewall.

And i was going to have them re-powder coated to rid myself of the hideous red line.

Re: Photoshop wheels

I'm running the 18x8.5 up front with a 255/45 , and the 18x9.5's rear with a 285/40, keeps the rolling diameter 27" both front and rear, and saves the viscous in the transfer case. I have my truck lowered just over 2" front and rear and have no rubbing. I have read of guy having problems hooking on the 315's, i have zero traction issues with these tire sizes.

How much hp are you pushing on your build. I dont want to have too much tire or not enough

Re: Photoshop wheels

thanks for the photoshop, syty9933. The red lip still doesn't look as good as I thought. I'll stick with all black...
