Part # for stock AC Delco plug wires

Need correct part number for the Delco wires that came stock with our truck. Searched the sites and even Jas' site doesn't list it.

The local delco carriers (Advanced Autoparts, Carquest & Murray's) list the correct part number for the typhoon as 12074078. Since changing the plugs (CR42TS gapped .35) and the wires to this set I have a popping/backfire when the truck sits idleing.

On GMPartsDirect they list the following"

Called Advanced Autoparts and they don't have a record of the 12074091.

Does anyone else use the 12074078 set, any problems?

12074078 is not correct. It is an "economy" set for a regular non turbo V6. The 12074091 is correct. The ACDelco number to ask for is 726B. I just put them on the Typhoon 10 days ago, still have the box and invoice, they are correct lengths and boot angles.

I will get it up there.
I just figured NOONE used the stock wires anymore.
With all the silicon and high temp applications around and all.

It will be in there soon don't worry.
