Ive searched, but some of these questions havent been answered that i could find.
On this conversion, having upgraded the MOSfets and sense resistors, can a person use a bone stock chip w/ a stock engine? Or does the prom need to be modded?
Im constructing a custom harness for this build, and am going to wire the injectors/ecm according to sunbird schematics, but am not sure what signals the injectors to "peak"& "hold" their amperage.
Also, I noticed in the sunbird diagrams that the injector jumpers exit the ecm and re-enter it. hence "jumpered".
Does these jumpered pins need a specific length of wire for a calibrated resistance?
Lost yet?
I ask cause when i cut the harness from the vehicle, i later noticed that the orange "jumper" wires were run into the harness, instead of just two short pieces connecting the needed pins.
Sorry i cant explain this better, but its givin me a headache.
