Overheating Problem

i have a 2 year old Water pump and a two year old 3 core race Radiator just yesterday while driving my I DEFI Gauge started Flashing and Beeping i looked up and say i was running about 110 Degrees Celsius and Climbing fast i pulled over and shut it down and opened the hood checked to see if my Dual Electric fans were working they were Working Fine so !!!

So I thought Thermostat limped it home and got a NEW Fail Safe thermostat

Guess What Still overheating !!

Water pump looks good no noise not Weeping out the hole At all !!!

Believe me there is plenty of fluid !!!!!!

Has anybody ever broke the impeller shaft in the pump ?

I dont want to remove the pump unless i have to..

I only have 70K miles on the truck so the block isnt clogged and the antifreese looks Perfect...

The only other "easy" thing you could check is the temp sensor itself..

is your rad fins plugged with dirt? i've seen dirt get packed in around the external fins and cause overheating

Collapsed lower rad hose?? Seen it before. As the motor revs the hose collapses.

Make sure the lower radiator hose hasn't collapsed.

Collapsed hoses means bad radiator cap, it will spit coolant into the overflow but not recover it. If you have that sympton then replace the cap and also make sure the hose from the radiator to the resevior isnt clogged, that will also cause collapsed hoses.

I'm going to be the "bad guy" and say check your oil to make sure that you don't have a milkshake going on in there due to a blown head gasket. When exhaust gas gets into your coolant, it will make the temperatures go nuclear in a heartbeat. BTDT...

The Radiator inside looks like new the lower radiator hose has a wire coil inside to prevent collapse it all looks perfect im going to check the sensor next maybe im getting a false reading..
