Overboost symptoms

I haven't made any recent changes to my Ty, however getting a code 31 when I drop the hammer. I've got an open end filter and stock cat with NO muffler. Ran fine for last 6 months. Thinking it's the extreme cold. It was suggested it's possibly a vacuum problem. What to do with the hose coming from the driver side valve cover when changing the stock air box. I've just had a breather valve there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your vac lines around the turbo for cracks.
Also, take a 1/2 - 1 turn out of the wg rod.

Should cure the problem.
