Oval TB to round pipe adapter?

To go from the oval shape on the TB to round what have have some of you been using when going to a diff intercooler? Just round silicone and form it or has anyone found one specificly made for the oval shape?

Silicone intakes has them. I believe it is 4 in. on the tb. Hose will be round but slides over the tb opening.Im using their 4 to 2.5
