I have one year to get the truck ready for the nats. I just got home and Four big boxes were waiting for me to open. :tup: 07 will have at least 1 truck with Cali plates.

I was not the one who donated them. I will at least try to convince another Norcal member to make it.

I will be driving my TY out....Hopefully....and racing it....and again hopefully driving it back :rotf:

I said the same thing last year . To bad it still isnt done . I never hear anything at our fl meets about going to nats . It sounded like it was a great time and would be worth a trip up .

Chelo, what are you paying for gas at home? I saw gas at $2.35 for regular. Also, it will be easier to find your way around in 2007(if it's at the double tree again). After 1 or 2 times at nats, people will be following you to Gates.

I'll look for it next year. Was good to meet, and talk with you and Lynn at Hooters. I hope you guys can convince some more SoCal guy sto come with you next year as well.

I think it was just a bad year for most of us. Some people moved and couldn't take the time off work, or just didnt have the $$ to go.

I think next year we should get a big group to try and go.:tup:

10th year coming up. I would think it would be the time for everyone to try and make it.

natsforever: Gas around here is about $3.30 per gal for 91. That's about average. Although it can be found for cheaper. Getting around Kc is not that bad. Nice meeting you there.

Six-is-Enough:Nice meeting you also. Fast truck you got there. I might have to send my truck a few months before the nats for you guys to tune if i cannot get it running right.

MRKING:The truck is actually driveable now. It only sat on stands for 2-3 months. The parts I just got in were 3" exhaust, headers, valve covers, and many other misc items. I need to Fab up an a/a intercooler and see if i can go to a turbo with a 4" inlet and still keep A/C.

16Sy16: I will be mainly on interstate 80. Of course I would love to caravan. Sorry i did not introduce myself. Either i was busy or you were busy.
I totally forgot that i was going to Alaska next summer. Syty Nationals only happen once a year. Alaska can wait. :)
