A little bit of info on the build, it is a balance shaft motor that is your basic rebuild. .030 overbore, forgrd pistons, custom comp cam that turns out to be very similar to the 412 cam. alighn honed, decked to square, stock rods that have been polished and shot peened, complete arp studs for heads, mains.heads have been rebuilt with comp hardware, stainless valves 2.02/1.60. mild port and polish/gasket matched. valve heads, combustion chambers, intake and exhaust runners and bowls have been ceramic coated by polymer dynamics. merc marine intake swap also gasket matched. injector harness fabricated. As of now i havent decided on injector size yet. Rebuilt 4l60e trans (got a hook up on having it rebuilt at the stealership for 500.00) convertor yet to be determined.stock ecm with a starter tune from wait for me performance.

Looks very close to my imagination. The main Two differences are first, mines an '02 Crewcab , second I'm leaning on rear mounted turbo. This is my Daily Driver and no way will I remove my AC, not in southern Missouri.:myclone:

If that bung in your downpipe is for a wide band O2 sensor its too close to the turbo. It will overheat and burn up on you. The instructions that came with my PLX recommended that you put it ~36" downstream of the turbo. They are also supposed to be at an angle(15 degrees IIRC) and not perpendicular to the exhaust flow..

Wher'd that angle thing come from? Never heard that before. I've heard all kinds of thoughts here on the distance. PLX says "at least" 24" and ahead of the cat. I ran mine (stock injs on an ultimate) in the stock location. Now it's at, roughly, 24" with the stock o2 in the stock location. Give or take, it's not a stock DP.

No issues that I'm aware of.
