Normal Transmission Temp?

I just installed a Tranny Temp guage, and was just wondering what a normal temp. might be cruising around? Any help would be great

Should we assume that you have a completely stock transmission? No coolers added, etc. ?

Ooops sorry about that, Yeah its all stock, no coolers or anything, because today it was running around 200 F, normal driving, is that too high or normal?

mine works its way up to 180 after 30mins of stop and go traffic. i have a small b+m cooler.

I have B&M's 24,000 GVW cooler and rarely see temps over 160... The same set up on my daily driven 1988 S10 hovers around 150ish.
