Noises, error codes, angry truck, oh my..

So as I mentioned in another post I did some basic maintenance stuff...new cap/rotor, plugs, wires, harmonic balancer, tcc solenoid, fuel pump relay, heater core, engine tie down, rewired intercooler pump and flush system...It ran fine for a while...

Recently its been running grumpy..with a kind of low idle. Ran the DM and was getting knock at WOT also some DTC errors but I can't seem to pull anything up on it to tell me what the codes are. When I first put the key in the on position the check gauges light continues to flash and the truck makes a loud noise like a fuel pump x 10. Its fine once I turn it over all the way but I don't remember it doing this previously. I have a big box o'upgrades waiting including the important fp upgrades, afpr, alky, and wideband. However I need to get it running right again before I proceed. Any ideas? DM file below..it's a little bit long...I did a ride from my garage down the highway. You'll see the intermitent error light pop up

Check engine rapid blinking? = Bad chip or ECM.

Which DM cable are you using?

Is your IC pump hotwired? If it is wouldn't that be the loud noise? Mine's hotwired and it is very loud. I think my check gauges light always flashes when I have the key "on" and engine off too.

Good thinking...now that the ic pump has been rewired (a.k.a. correctly hotwired) that would explain the loud pump noise...still have other issues but that explains that one..

The cable is from OBD Diagnostics, Inc. I think it's aldlcable.com. The cable seems to connect well each time..haven't had any issues with the connectivity portion.

If anybody has a chance to take a look at the dm file, lemme know what you think. I noticed that at times the injectors cycle beyond 100%, clearly I need more fuel but in an otherwise stock truck is this normal?
