Time for another update. Finally pulled the head and found that the gasket was blown between two and four. Had the head magnafluxed, pressure tested, and resurfaced just to make sure. I have it back together and it runs, but still has a funny surging when while gently accelerating. Runs fine while under boost though.
I love the truck, but I have decided that it is time to part ways with it.
If I had a garage at home to work on all the quirky little things I would probably keep it, but I do not and I can't afford to have it at work taking up space that generates revenue for me.
