Damn who had the balls to stand in the street to film at the top end. I once stood at the 1320 line of the track at nationals to judge the braking competition and that was scary as shit watching SYTY's flying at 100+mph and I was behind a concrete barrier. Props to the film clip :tup:

Wow, that thing sounds like a motorcycle...just sick :tup: I got my RPM Street Terror motor home tonight. Should have #434 running again real soon.

Dam, how much boost on that launch? What tires are holding all that power? What did mike do to your suspention to launch like that? Truck is bad ass bro,! congrads...

getting rid of the sy this summer and then its time to do the motor in Ty... ok Mike? only took 2 years but it's gonna happen!

I launch around 12/14lbs and set the boost controller to 16lbs for street 91, but lately it has been over boosting to 17/18lbs but no detonation so I guess timming is set pretty safe. Gotta figure out why it wont hold 16 when I dial in 16.
Tires really arn't holding it, they spin a bit, I still need drag radials and maybe I can launch with more?
Stock suspension but I do have tracktion bars. Can't really say how well they work untile I take them off and launch with it. Thanks, it's a chore to keep an eye on.

Yah ventura, near golf course drive, commercial area. Worth the wait, I suppose, it was long... but that's what happens when you do new stuff and change plans and move shops, and have fires in your county and lose your tuner to a golf cart crash, and order parts that take months to arive... ect ect ect. Shit happens, it's all good. I sure hope I get my fill of this truck and sell it before I kill my self. :rotf:

hey dean, i think Neil was refering to the two years it has taken him to get around to re-building his engine, not how long it took to finish yours.. but hey thanks for reminding me how much i hate your truck.. well it is a love hate thing, now that it is running well and i get to see you enjoy it.

as for the traction bars, they really dont do much till you have a good tire to hit them with.

:lol: well it was more of a double sided statement haha. Just making a joke at all the problems you had with Dean's truck, and how long it's taken me to fix my Ty. Gotta love makin payments on a truck that sits in the garage and collects dust. I just hope my Ty comes out half as sick as Dean's truck....

and yeah Dean we've met a couple times at past meets... my sy is the one with the ghost flames.
