hi my name is jake i just got a 92 typhoon black on black # 2197 for a trade. i got it with cracked heads so after reading on this site i decided to do the l35 swap and just got it running a couple month ago but it just didnt run quite right so i put a wideband in it an it was way lean so in my search i found someone put a 3 bar map sensor on with no tuning software so i just put a 2 bar on it and it runs great. since then i have blacked out the wheels lowered it 3" and fixed a couple miner things it looks to have a newer transmission and shifts great so far im pretty happy with it . im curios if the previous owner was on the site ? so that the story so far , thinking turbo 6 liter 4l80 swap in future if finances let me, just bought a jsm 32 spline transfercase input so thats a start.

haha ,ya im not a good writer. im from vancouver area . i traded some parts and labor on his vr4 galant to a freind to get the truck, he had started taking it apart and got a flustered so he bought another toy instead . anyway i work for a tuner shop for a living and got it back together and it runs good with out a tune, [11.80 afr out the top] but everything else is stock other than heads ,i also did a little porting on the wastegate side of the turbo to help it not boost creep. our shop has an awd dynojet dyno so im looking forward to getting a baseline hp #. thanks for the replies.

Jake, is this the black Ty that's originally a Teal/grey? Ugly wheels, was on Craigslist for a while?
