Yep, it could be nice if it fits. The question is the price. They asking ~$800 for the 20G. A plug and play turbo with that power under a grand sounds good to me. It's said to be compatible with the 20G's for DSM's. Does this mean we can use it as well? AFAIR DSM guys can use our turbos with some reclocking!? Am I right?
BTW they sell actuators with 15psi base pressure for $110. This is a bit better price than Chan asking for them.

DSM's have different exhaust housings.
I've talked to Hahn in the past, they've supplied us with 20g's, they had a nice setup with a 20g & a 10cm2 housing. With that turbo, spoolup was FAST, and performance was MUCH better than stock. Top end was not as good as with a 14cm2 housing, but still good. Problem was that it still had a bit much of backpressure, and the 12cm2 housing was hard to get. They did have a 12cm2 housing on the shelf at one time... I bought it
Give 'em a call. I'm still all for Garrett based stuff... lots of options, most shops can rebuild 'em easy, and they are upgradeable. For $1500, you can get a PTE downpipe, wastegate, dump, cat & slick turbo. Considering this one won't bolt on for $1500.. I still don't think it's a worthwhile purchase. If they can make it bolt onto a stock turbo for less than that.. it might be worth it for those people who want completely plug n play.. but I think completely plug n play is a bit much to ask for.
