Hey guys, I do not have a Sy yet but looking for one in the near future. I have an 06 GC SRT8 and think a Sy would be nice to add to the stable. I've always been into performance vehicles and have liked the Sy since High School. I figure I can learn more about them (what to look for when buying one) from you.

Welcome. These truck are fun. Lots of work. They are not for someone not willing to get their hands dirty. But when they run they feel like nothing else. Look around and take your time. There are a few nice trucks for sale right now. If you are looking for a TY, quick storm has a sweet deal on his. Tom has probably the fastest awd Ty in california for sale(not cheap, but way less then what he invested in it). Good luck. Search a lot and ask questions. L8, GP

Thanks gjp, I've never had a problem getting my hands dirty ( look forward to it) so that won't be a problem....I've owned a lot of performance vehicles: 70 Chevelle SS 396 (L78), 98 supercharged Mustang, 00 Lightning, 04 WRX, 05 STI, 04 Cobra, 06 GC SRT8 none of which stayed stock very long. But with the Sy I would like to find a relatively stock unmolested one (and keep it that way) keep your eye out for any in the area.
