I wanted to post on here for quite some time, Just had to talk to the right person to streighen out the registraion part...

Thanks for the informaion on the truck, I've printed it out and will keep that in our records.

My wife and I drove the truck up to US 131 Dragway Saturday night they were having

a Street Car shootout that was directed more towards the avarage street car rather than

8second "yea right" street cars... She went into the Super Street class.

She got better with every pass. Starting out the evening in the 13.9's with 2.0 60'

I took some fuel out and turned the boost up as the rounds went on and she made it to

the Semi Finals. She was put against a guy with a Turbo Grand Prix (super charger

removed) Realy a cool setup. 60 series turbo.. really cool. Anyhow,

She could not have made a better pass. .560 light 1.79 60' and 13.21@99.96mph

The guy in the GP went 12.60@108 we talked to him afterwards and he was like...

The tree came down and she put 4-5 car leingths on me and I was like Oh $hit !!! :rotf:

I hope I can catch her... He had alot more power and ran her down. Damn good race

though.... He ended up beating a friend of mine in the final that had a GN.

We drove home and flopped into bed about 4am... dead tired but man it was fun.

Verry proud of her learning how to drive the truck.. :tup:

She just likes that 2006 GM Sunburst Orange. I figured since I was putting two new fenders on and inner fenders that I'd save myself the trouble of taking it all back apart and get the inside of the engine bay painted the right color now. I'd like to take the time to paint it but her blue T-Type has to be finished first... I've only got a few things left to paint on it and put it back together.
She's in for a suprise when she drives the T-Type.. It's going to make the Typhoon seem like a mild storm.. lol.
