i have been looking threw gms service information and seen this as well but dont know much about it

i hope not, you can't copy a sy or ty, sometimes you better off leaving things alone especially when you own one of these bad boys (syclone#1322) but you never know with the competition with ford and dodge, gmc might come out with something in the future!!! i

Seen the market of the Sy/Ty world? Just about anyone can own one of these as well.

Got me on limited production though.

I'd bet money the new SS's start showing a propensity for tearing up trannys like the Sy/Ty though.

i think there was a xtreme called typhoon II or something, but became the xtreme as we know it

Syclone II and Typhoon II were at Nats in 2000, along with the PPG Sy and GMC reps. IIRC SyII was a carb'd 4.3 with a bunch of work done, TyII was a stock 4.3 with a Vortech blower and cooler. SyII did the One Lap of America competition, TyII was just a concept.
