Took her in for the dreaded emissions test and FAILED. High HC's and CO at idle speed, any suggestions of where to start?

If it was me,I'd run all the 93 out and put in a couple gallons of 87,gingerly drive it around for about 30 minutes till the cat was nice and warm,and try the test again

I ran mine cold and it failed. Without making any changes, just getting it nice and warm - pass...

Almost a year later she has finally passed the emissions test so I can get her titled and legal. Changed/replaced/adjusted the following: battery, distributor, coil, wires, plugs, thermostat, timing, fuel pressure, vacuum lines, and finally the catalytic converter.

Nice dude, hope it works out for you. Still working on getting one, but at least I got to drive the teal/silver GT to the NATS. :)
