Try spraying some ether or brake parts cleaner around the top of the engine. You mentioned spark plug wires. Are you 100% sure they are correct? Could two be switched around?I know some of mine didnt "click" on all the way. Just a thought. Do you have datamaster to see your IAC % or fuel pressure?
