Hey everybody. Im new man on the block. Just heard the hacking truck fire off. Fired on first try. Mr. Syclone better b ready. Hes gonna have his hands full with this southern truck. Truck sounds good. The man works on his truck like he rides his bike, hard and calculated. We are excited to go to the track and take on them big wooden motors. Its gonna be a blast. The man has helped me get my piece of s---t in shape and Im gonna be ready in about a month. I have watched as he has completly taken his truck apart and rewire reroute and rebuild this truck that he has treasured for some time. I was there when hw ran 9.8 with a troubled truck. Oh well enough said for now. If I can sneak away from the shop long enough I will tell more

Greg is a good friend of mine. When we meet 5 years ago after I moved to Denver NC he saw my Truck and was interested but really didn't know much about our life as a Sy owner ;). As he came more interested we looked around and found him a truck in Florida and ended up buying it. The truck was clean but had been kind of half Ass, and needed some attention. I have helped him find parts for the interior and now in the process of building him a motor with alll the right stuff to be a very nice running truck.

He will be running a 4 bolt main Eagle rods, JE pistions, and head and cam packaged from Mr. John Gerber, that went 10.70's in a TY. The turbo is the 67 PTE the largest they offer in a dual ball bearing, and for a intercooler will have the big front mount that ViciousV6 was running.

Welcome gdellinger!

So that is where Ralph's IC went. I should of known it would not last long. Good luck with the motor, sounds like there will be another bad ass truck around.

Seems like I'm alone over here in central PA. Don't see a single Sy or Ty in my area. Someone owns a Ty north of me in Pine Grove, PA. It a a green one, nice shape but they are not on the forum. I talked to the guy before, someone sold it to him for something like a grand or two. The previous owner thought it was a blazer special edition, but had no idea how rare SyTys really are. Its quite a crazy story. Looks nice with GTO wheels on it. Its up near a garage called Stumps Garage. Stumps just put in a dyno. 40-60 bucks for 3 pulls, 85 bucks/hour if you want to tune yourself on the dyno. Real good price if you ask me.
