Welcome, nice truck, I hope you have the tire sizes wrong though, cause that combo will shred your t-case quick.

245/35/20 and 275/35/20 are roughly an inch in overall diameter different. You need to have the front and rear tires as close to the same diameter as possible. Now if it was 275/30/20 in the rear, only looking at a couple tenths difference in diamter, which wouldn't affect it much. If the sizes you have listed are correct, you're running on borrowed time with your transfer case.

i thought since it put more power to the rear such as 60% or whatever it is, it could handle the difference in width, guess im putting the stock wheels back on..
also are you talking about drag or just regular driving?

It's not a matter of power split (in fact, it has nothing to do with power split), its a matter of rotational spin of the wheels. With different diameters front to back, one set of wheels is spinning faster/slower per 1 revolution than the others causing major strain on the xfer case, specifically the viscous coupling.

Width doesn't matter, it's the height you need to worry about.

Either type of driving. Height/diameter needs to be the same, or as close as possible.

Bring the truck, lol, there aren't many up here. Glad it was a typo, that size sounds much better.
