Need New or Used L-Rear Shocks or Pair 93 Ty

I need to purchase a pair of new or used rear shocks for a 93 Ty.
I could not find any GM dealer who has a pair or left rear shock PN#4993575.
Does anyone know if the Monroe MA-759 fit without mods.

I did try to search this site for information on this before I posted because I am sure some else has had a rear shock replacement post..

It sounds like you are trying to retain the air level control.

The monroe shocks are direct bolt on but you may have to splice the air tubing.
I dont think the air line fittings are the same as stock.

We typically ditch the unreliable ELC system and go to a Bilstein or KYB sport shock.

I have the Monroe's on my truck with the ELC. Bolt right on. Used the new air lines supplied with them, but you need to cut the original air fitting at the ELC and connect it to the new air lines. Also, you can use the original air lines, but then you need to cut the two ends at the shocks. Easy either way.

Thanks for the different optons.

I bought the Ty completely stock and although I have rebuilt the entire drive train I have kept it stock appearing. My ELC has always worked so I will try he Monroe system first.
