Need Help on a S10 AWD conversion.

I have a 94 s10 SS, just got a couple of days ago and was planning on doing a complete Syclone conversion but i'll probably just try to go AWD and drop a V8 since everyone I asked has told me that many things wouldnt bolt up, having to lower compresion and other things, but I am really interested inj the AWD conversion I was told I could just look for a Safari or Bravada and get the parts of there Ive seen a couple runnung between 500 and 900 but havent really gone further cause I dont really know if its a lot of trouble to make it happen... If someone could help me out and tell me the dificulties, difefrences any advise would be greatly apreaciated..

most likely you have to swap frames, to a 4x4 frame. no 2wd frame.

Just get a 94 4x4 that's messed up and do the drivetrain and when that part is done, swap over the parts that you liked from the SS. It's probably a lot easier to swap over cladding and whatnot than to swap a frame.
