WOW..... Good looking truck. I only had a pinto when I was 16 !!

I got a Chevette for my 16th B-day.

That looks really nice even for Red. Looks REALLY low in the front.

This kid is the mature beyond his years. I wish my brother was like him. It looks like we have another SyTy "lifer" here.

Watch out Chip Foose and Troy Trepainai

Re: my typhonie

SUUUUUUPER looking clone. Before I found my Ty I too had a clone. I love how the wheels and tires tuck under the cladding....wish out trucks could do that. You remind me so much of me from age 16-20, it's hard to find kids like you today. Props to your parents, they did a fine job raising you. I hope my kids have the same respect for things at 16 as you do. At that age all I worried about was how clean and shinny my ride was, cruising, and girls..... Good Luck on your future, your going in the right direction.

When I turned 16 I got a ' 71 Chevrolet Cheynne made the same year and month I was born.... man I wished I still had it.

hey guys thanks alot for the comments. it definatly suck not being able to drive it yet but ohh well.

about the turbo all wheel drive, i wish i had the turbo but i mean young kids like me with fast vehicles do not mix. but after doing it myself and payin for everything myself i have alot more respect for the clone. i'm not going to drive like an idiot because it way to important to me that if anything happened i don't know what i would do.

Ha, I've got the turbo and the AWD... now if only I'd had the truck when I was 14 it might be done by now (Got mine at 15 and a half in pieces :( ). Keep drivin' careful... I've gotten a lot of crud for driving "like an old lady" since I got my license... funny how my insurance is way lower than all the other guys I know

Re: my typhonie

thanks guys for all the comments.

and the truck was a right off when i got it...i don't really tell anyone this..but it was a right off. truck is origionally a tenessee truck. a nun owned it all her life then sold it to a friend we know from purchesing the truck, he bout it for his kid and his son drove it for 3 months and put it into a tree stump boing about 60.

we bought the truck it needed a frame, front clip, and some straightening. unfortunatly when he hit the tree it kinked the roof and the front frame horn hit the stump dead on.

i got the truck when i just turned 13 and we bought a front clip off a jimmy from down south and put it on, me and my dad did everything. we bought a parts blazer and took the frame out of it. swapped it in. and pulled the truck.we did this in a 3 month period over the winter. the truck sat lowered 4-4 for a summer and one year at a truck show in the states i saw a real Typhoon! and the rest is history.
