My Newest Typhoon

I bought a new Typhoon Yesterday. It has 159K miles and it doesn't run...but the price was right. I think the problem is with the fuel pump (which was done day before it died), starter wire or alarm. I bought it off of the original owner who drove daily for 8 years, most of it was highway miles. Overall, the truck is straight, but a few nicks, bubble of rust, and scratches. A little TLC and it will make a good driver.

Asuming I can get the truck up and running. I hope to drive it through this winter, but it will probably be forsale when I get the truck cleaned up and the bugs worked out. I would like to spare my Syclone from another winter as it is my driver as she is a salt virgin.

BTW I am missing the spare tire cover. Is this a common junkyard part that most s-10 blazers have?

Well it looks nice on the exterior. But whew that MOTOR NEEDS SOME TLC and some cleaner. Hope the price was right. 0X

I think that I can get it to run, but I will take it as a challenge , if I can't get to run I will turn around and sell it or part the f'er out...

dude, dont part it out cause it wont run.....that would be a crime. i sure it will run, its just a matter of what it is and if its worth fixing to you since ur just gonna resell it.

I think it's the cab visor. Take that off & it should fire right up.

I think it is because the back is jacked up so far all the fuel is away from the pump.

I am not sure if the leveling suspension works, but it sat level when I went to look at it, but it was filled seats, computers, and small furniture... The battery is dead so I will see when I hook it upto power.
