It may look like it could touch the crossover but it wont. It’s got a backwards bend. All my cables have soldered on connections. I’m using 2ga battery cable.
Here is my ground coming off the battery under the bed of the truck. I have sanded all the frame connections down to metal. I then added some anti-seize paste to prevent corrosion on all my frame connections.
Here is the positive cable running underneath the passenger side.
I have used my starter connection as sort of a distribution block.
I have a 2ga cable running to my alternator now also.
Here is my battery setup. It sits right behind the passenger in the bed.
This is how the cables leave the bed of the truck.
I also have a block to body ground were the old negative battery cable went.
Just got my new non AC heater box put on also. It makes a lot more room in the engine bay.
I may put a ground on the transmission later on. Its great all my ground measurement on the body, frame and chassis are .3 ohms. Anyone have input on how to improve my setup?
