To really rebuild the whole front end, you need 4 Ball joints (2 upper and 2 lower), 4 tie rod ends, 1 drag link assy, 1 idler arm, 1 pittman arm, 2 tie rod connecting sleeves, 4 upper A frame busings, 4 lower A frame bushings, If the shocks have some age or have appearance of leakage, change them out also. If the brake hoses have cracks on them, swap them out also...I use wrenchead.com or http://www.partsamerica.com or one of the many other online "Stocker" parts sources to check prices, ect...If you want to change over to the Poly bushings, now would be the time to do that also...I did forget to add a set of sway bar bushings on the list also. If you want all moog stuff, I can get you the part numbers for everything monday pm, if you want. Just tell me what is wore out or what you want to replace...Steve.

Whats good about poly bushings? The mechanic just said my insides of my tires are worn and all the grease fittings are blown, shocks are shot too. Should i just replace the whole front end?

If I recall correctly all the "T" stands for is an upgraded/redesigned part... They usually cost the same... that's all... Originally read this from a SyTy list thread years ago...

Yes, those are correct.
Those are the ones I have installed on my truck.

Looking at the box tops for the ball joints I just put in my Sy, K5289 and K5208. Those part numbers are different from the ones listed on Jas' site, but they look just like the old ones, and seem to be working just fine.
