Missing the TY

Its now been over a year since I've sold my TY and man do I miss it. I miss just hopping in it and easying on the throttle, watching the boost gauge jump up, and feeling my back press harder and harder on the seat back. Then, the sweet sound of the BOV letting out and watching people on the sidewalk jump out of their shoes. I never really had any major problems like others on here so I can't complain about that either  Hopefully soon I'll be back in one. (As a 2nd/fun vehicle though, I'm keeping the Silverado :D )

Any body else on here with the same problem?

I miss mine :-( and it's parked in the garage!

It'll be back on the road come springtime though with a new steering shaft, afpr and volvo e-fan... that, and hopefully I can figure out whether or not i'm going to find a new stock air crossover or find another solution by then.

Re: Missing the TY

I miss my Ty but not as much since I bought the new Trailblazer SS. I'm saving up for a maggie supercharger and dyno tune and trans upgrade to bring the hp to 550. It sits at 400hp now and is fun to drive but can't wait for the upgrades.

Re: Missing the TY

I miss mine because it has been sitting in my driveway on jackstands for the last six months. It sucks having no time to finish projects. Of course, when I do have time it rains.

Re: Missing the TY

My TY is mainly my daily driver. I miss it when I'm at work, when I drive the 6, or when some ricer pulls up. I like to stay locked and loaded.

I miss mine too! Shes in hibernation from the Canadian salt. I have my background on my computer at work with her pic. Whenever someone brags about their car....or girlfriend....I flip up my background and say "theres mine!" I understand what youre going through!

Same thing here.
I sold my Ty almost 1 year ago.I miss hoping in it and taking it for a spin. But the TB SS more than makes up for it.Hearing that LS2 spin up to 6500 is music to my ears.Although,I'm keeping mine pretty much stock.I just have the Superchips tune on it.
