Missing after WOT

did a 0-100 and got into 3rd gear and realized that my rpms wernt getting higher and there was a problem slowed down and went to give it gas and in 3rd and 4th it sputter so bad it shook the truck bad only in 3rd and 4th got it to a buddys house and the o2 sensor that was used for tunnin only fell out and now it misses bad the whole way through rpm range in park just reving up. i checked the vacum lines and i didnt find anything?????

anybody? welded the o2 hole up and i tryed starting fluid on all my vac lines and tested fine. heres the best part i was in park watchin the vac at idle it ran 10psi (not right) as i slowly gave it gas vac droped to 5psi and as i gave it more gas the vac went up to 20psi witch doesnt make any sence to me thats not supose to happen what could this be???
