Who knows the best way to keep mice out of our trucks ? So far I have peppered the carpets/mothballs in a gladware tub on the floor and garlic cloves in gladware also under the hood I used silicone spray then peppered everything and left garlic cloves everywhere under the hood no mice yet does any one have any other tricks for these fury little carpet/wire/upholstery eaters and baby makers?

I basically have done this but added pepper and garlic as well but was wondering if anyone has a surefire B-52 carpet bombing style to use, where is it those little bastards get in anyway? Heater door open or closed? but they can squeeze through just about anywhere I think but doing what I do I have not had a one but I did not know if that was luck or coincidence? and a BIG THANKS to Mike and Lloyd

Re: Mice

I would use the rubber sticky pads. Traps are usless most of the time. Those pads catch everything that touches them. They don't leave a smell like mothballs do. Pick them up at lowes/home depot, Menards .Most places have them.

Re: Mice

OK here what we use at work.

Tom Cat
Ultra Block Bait

It comes in a package of 8 X 1 Oz for $3.97 or you can buy a bucket of it that has about 1.5 - 2 lbs in it.

We also use a bait holder that you can buy at Lowe's for about $20.00. It's dark green in color with two holes on the side that critters can crawl into and one hole on top with a cap that you can put the bait into. The bait holder can hold about 3 lb of bait. The warning that I will give you about two week after you start using this bait you will start finding dead critters everywhere.

Re: Mice

Does hair even work?
You could put some hair in pantie hoes. Prob get it from a barber shop.
The sticky icky traps are great.
Especially when your cat runs across one! ( minutes of historical laughter )
