Memcal question

I have one memcal without a sticker, and I think it is a syty but there are no defining numbers on it but the ones on the ESC section of the chip. I looked at my magnum, atr, stock, and kenne bell and they all start with 114, can anyone else confirm this?

I just checked my AYBN 16164174 and it also starts with 114
