MATS Still high ???

With the outside temp around 70 degrees, I still see MAT's in the 108-128 range during normal driving(not too much sitting).

I/C Pump has been upgraded, all lines rerouted away from engine with heater hose, no visable kinks and scoop added. I/C was filled with all water and water-wetter.

And these temps climb in a hurry up to the 150 range during a hard run.

I've got the Ultimate and I always run T1-17(pump gas) so the EGR is disabled. Engine coolant temps stay nice and low(in the 160's)

Eventually I plan on going with alky/water injection, but I'd think the stock system with these improvements should keep the temps down lower than they are...

Any ideas??

I don't know what to tell you because you covered every single base I can think of.. but here's a whollopping long shot. Do you possibly have a leak in your intake somewhere where turbo boost is being bleed off, causing the compressor to have to spin harder to achieve target boost, resulting in increased friction in the air, which of course means higher temps? Hey it's worth a shot

Measure the opening behind the grill on the left. The opening on the right has the power-steering cooler lines, which you can still put a chiller over there. Plumb in a heater core to lower you temps considerably. Do you have your IC hoses routed thru the passenger side fenderwell?
Right now I have my aux IC chiller that spans from the left to the right taking up all the space. I plan on putting one chiller on the left as mentioned above, and one on the right for a tranny cooler.

Yep, and I currently have a large tranny cooler taking up the pass side half of the front grill.

Do you have the extra front heat exchanger? Does your pump run all the time? Is the IC system leaking water? Where is your pump mounted? It should be low as possible.
