Saturday November 4th is the last grudge race at the grove. Gonna take the ty and see how she does with the new fuel pump, regulator, ultimate, and i.c. cooling fans. I think it opens at 8:00 am.

Let me check the calendar, maybe I'll take the Saabaru down and race ya wagon vs wagon.

Still haven't touched the Ty. Too much house stuff to get down before winter - paint doesn't dry well at 30F.

Adam - whatever you sent me the other day didn't work. Not sure if it was important or not.

And I did see your Ty on craigslist. Gotta put the Sunbird up there soon, hopefully this week. I don't want to shovel around it again this winter! Maybe I'll put it up here also, but I doubt there will be interest. It might end up getting parted out.

Hopefully the truck is done. Have to install new sending unit w/ 255 pump and hopefully get the IC fans installed also. All goes well I hope the 113,000 mile engine holds up.

Dad's 100% a no-show. Helping his best friend build a house for his daughter, he's booked every free minute the rest of the year. :(

I'll just meet you guys there, I go all back roads to get there from my place.

I've got a "housewarming" party to go to at some point in the afternoon, so I won't be there all day or anything. Just FYI.

Don't mean to hi-jack your thread but... I really would like to run data master but I am not sure what I need. Is there a complete kit or a complete list of what I need? I know, "search". It really didn't bring up anything. Thanks.

I'll just catch you at the track. I may be stopping to meet some friends.

Re: Maple Grove Grudge

Just went to their site, racing starts at 10, gates open at 9. I'm supposed to be at my buddy's party in Boyertown at noon, so it really doesn't make much sense for me to try this - odds are it'll be really packed and I'll be lucky to get 1 run in. (And I'm sure my first launch in this thing will be pretty lousy, so it won't even be a good run.)

Supposed to be cold, so you guys should get some good runs in while not drinking hot chocolate, provided you can hook up. Have fun, sorry to bail on you guys...

Re: Maple Grove Grudge

Well the day was good. Nice and cold. Track temp was @45 deg so it was hard to hook. Got three runs in, coulda got 4 but didn't feel like waiting in line. Should of, would of went for broke with the a T3-24 run. I think with the way it was running and with a good launch may have gotten a 12.9 or 13.0. The #'s seem allittle slow for the settings but it is a 115,000 mile motor. It would have been alot better with tuning. LOTS(!!!) of tire spin, my own fault and a very hard tire/cold track.

1st run: 13.331 @ 98.28
.359 R/T (yeah I know, napping)
1.799 60'
T1-18 setting

2nd run: 13.553 @ 97.61
.353 R/T
1.933 60'
T2-20

3rd run: 13.253 @ 99.65
.575 R/T (definetly sleeping)
1.872 60'
T2-22

I'm happy with it. Gonna get datamaster and do some stuff this winter. Today gave me a baseline to go from. Lots of tuning, an engine rebuild, and whatever else I think of. Adam92 got some vid so if I get it I'll post it.
